Another post-war Councilor Alenko. He’s still on active Spectre duty, though his diplomatic efforts as humanity’s member of the Council takes priority for him these days. Still, he’s found politicians tend to be at their most polite when they know the guy sitting across the table from them has carte blanche to commit violence if he thinks it will serve the council and their needs in one way or another.
