-A mercenary for hire who encounters Prime in a mission. he gets arrested but later escapes to the "Savage dragon" universe where he becomes the lover of Horridus and a surrogate father to her daughter. Not really evil but not really a hero either, he pops up from time to time
Reggie
-Leader of the dimension police and Prime's grandfather. he's very cold and obsessed with killing Chronic the ultimate evil. He pushes Prime to his fighting limits many times to make him strong enough to kill Chronic.
