The genie family has been captured by special pokeballs that not only has put them in Rubber pokemon suits, but also has brainwash them to be a good member of team rocket (and rainbow rocket for the shiny variant), so beware if you see them because you could be the next memeber of the team

If you are wondering:
Tsuri + Kirlia = Tsurlia
Mal + Steene = Maleene
Ribon + Roserade = Riserade

I know the idea is a bit weird, but I had fun trying to mix out the designs of the genies with pokemon
