SynergicVertexInspired by White Glint, I mixed some stuff together and was able to create Gatekeeper. The Byron army's Ace EXM.
It's customized to Ophelia's preferences, merging Rabiot, Esposito, Portanova, and Spinatio.
She's armed with an Auto rifle...A Hand cannon for smaller targets... 2 laser drones and dual energy blades.
When Gatekeeper's gear detaches the back pack, she'll become a lot faster- making her just as deadly at close range fights when she uses the energy blades.
Gate Keeper primarily focuses on mid range combat, which gives enough breathing room to react to missiles and dodge shots.
The Title "Gate Keeper" was givin to this EXM during a fire fight to keep hostiles from crossing a bridge that lead into Byron territory.
The attacks got relentless, generally to the point where the Byron army needed support. After A small group manage to slip through, Ophelia's EXM arrived to prevent anymore forces from crossing. "You're not getting past me." the last words that the enemy would ever hear. While the Byron army took care of the enemy that got into friendly territory Gatekeeper was left to defend against the rest of the enemy forces. She was able to repel them with ease- It was actually enough to scare enemy from crossing the bridge.
This event earned Ophelia Novalis the title "Gate Keeper"
While it is the most advanced EXM the Byron army ever made, it can't operate at its maximum capabilities with human hands. Gate Keeper needs a cyborg to pilot for proper use.
