Paint dot net of the CrossoverS iteration of Shamal, the Wolkenritter Rouzer: Tranquilitier , and she appeared from Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha The MOVIE 2nd A's to CrossoverS. She is originally a one of the Wolkenritter, a creation of the Book of Darkness. In CrossoverS however, Signum is now a one of the recurring and supporting characters and she's the Wolkenritter Rouzer: Tranquilitier who gives a powerful support for not only Hayate, but others as well. Her new weapon/device called Klarwind Rouzer (クラールヴィントラウザー).
