CatFoxThis character is from the cover art of Trick Moon's pitch bible, I'd assume there's more information about her in the bible but I refuse to read cause it'll just end up making me sad. She's not in the pilot but the creator did tweet something about a "villainess".
In the cover art she's in the upper right corner with these round bat critters which I'd assume are her minions. Seeing as how Trick Moon is heavily inspired by Sonic this character seems to be an equivalent for Rouge the Bat. The cover art as her in an angle where she's about to throw one of her bat guys, but I think I did a good job here. Gonna be honest she does look like a Darkstalkers character.
