SharkyfiendA preliminary design thing for Rozzo. I'm going to make him another one (at some point...) to better represent his body type and size, but this has the basics! Many of you are familiar with him. For those of you who aren't; he's an arrogant smug jerk whom commits many atrocities on a regular basis. uwu Captain of the Principalities and Illuminati Inquisitor. Despite it being the lower rank of the two, he frequently has people refer to him as Captain Rozzo. There's basically no crime he's above committing.
