Tahlie123Takeru/TK was right, Meimei does look cute in that outfit... oh and I guess Mimi too but she's not relevant for this fanart that was just an excuse to draw a cute girl in a cheerleader outfit. Yes I traced over an image just to get the anatomy right (specifically the sketch Meiko made in part 2 of tri) but at least it didn't make the arms look off this time. Also it's not cheating if the thing I traced over in question wasn't even an actual character to begin with.
