My OC with Cynthia from Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.

Something I made to portray the sisterly bond between Delilah (my OC) and Cynthia. As of lately, Cynthia really has been growing on me and I can't help but just begin to appreciate her more. I guess Legends Arceus made me appreciate her more after meeting her ancestor, Volo. Even as a girl I do think that Cynthia is hella pretty honestly.

Might do some NSFW stuff of these two at some point.
