Pokemon Misty ATC

I was thinking about which Pokémon characters I have and haven’t drawn, and it occurred to me that I have never drawn Misty before! In order to make up for the lack of Misty art, I figured I would draw her in my favorite outfit of hers, the Goldeen dress from the Pokémon episode “The March of the Exeggutor Squad!”
