So the idea for this picture is that to get back into ring shape Suzume goes to the gym sparring anyone willing to give her the time of day. Well, she made a stop by Kamogawa Gym. Ippo and the gang were very welcoming to her as they were inspired by her bag work. They teased Ippo to spar with her referencing the time he let the news reporter girl beat him up.
Well, the spar starts out normal, but Aoki shouts out, "Why don't give us a real punch Suzume-chan!" Well, she goes to give one. She was going to hit with a right uppercut to the body but Ippo ducks expecting a left hook. This leads to him being launched into the air by a right uppercut. Suzume is shocked that she landed such a big punch on purpose. I hope he will be okay when he wakes up.
