Story : Mark web was an engineer on the Oscorp organic wire project site. Due to some external events , he fell into an enclosure for bioelectric spiders that were genetically engineered to produce webs that are self insulating and can conduct electricity , created as a replacement to standard copper wires. Unfortunately he was bit by one of the spiders. After escaping the enclosure , he noticed that he was going into cardiac arrest. The spider venom had caused a heart attack . Being brought to the hospital, he was resuscitated using a defibrillator. When he was eventually discharged from the hospital , he noticed all of his senses have increased. He now even could "see " and "feel" electromagnetic waves and the poles of the Earth. Knowing that he is no longer normal, he decided to turn his curse into a gift. To follow a fellow spiderman's step and use his powers for good.
Mark created his suit to contain the electrical charging powers he has, as it is very unstable and could cause harm if not monitored. However to much charge can overexert his body , so discharge points are created so he can dispose of excess static or electricity if need be. During one of his battles , Mark realised that he could control the discharge exiting his body , giving him energy arms that originate from his back. His webs are also naturally electrically charged.
