SaiseiI only recently started watching Kson's channel a few weeks prior to her re-debut with her new avatar, but am really enjoying her content and collabs. Aside from the excellent design and concept of her new model, I think one of the most remarkable aspects is its tracking and rigging, which portrays her movement and expressions very well.
This drawing continues from my previous attempt at recreating Takehiko Inoue's art style in Vagabond, and again I've used one of his drawings as inspiration (from the cover of chapter 224, I think). What I really liked about the original image was the spill-over of ink from Musashi's clothes, which appears like an aura. That, coupled with a relaxed pose and confident smirk, helps to give off a sense of "unassailability". Trying to recreate the same effect using digital brushes was difficult, but with a combination of watery ink brushes and textured blenders I think I got somewhat close.
