A scene in which they were ordered to go against each other, likely on purpose as it was known they had a deeper bond and the Commander liked to use it against them. The winner gets no inherent prize, but the one who loses gets punished. Uncertain how. So the “prize” is avoiding the punishment.
Speaking of, he was watching from a platform above them. Sirius was on the side, watching among some other soldiers as well. Mostly to keep an eye on them.
At first they were reluctant to start but dragging it out was not favourable, so to help, Sirius starts clapping in a rhythm to encourage them in a way that was allowed and lift the atmosphere a little. And soon the others who were present join him and it does end up helping.
(This is why the music paired with this scene fits so well, because of the clapping which is almost the same as I hear it within the scene. It aligns almost perfectly and helps set the scene off further.)
They start and even have fun for a short while in the middle of it.
This scene is still ongoing and I do not know who “wins” yet. Or rather, who lets the other one win.
We shall see. Or perhaps not. Who knows.
