StudioOtakingAn image illustration originally created way back when, when I was first starting to write and draw my manga. It was to help get a feel of the mecha and ships that I was designing would fit together and appear in the story.
While I like all the extra details on the ship, that antenna cluster under the bow of the vessel was one of the first things to go. As nifty and dynamic as it is, it was a pain to draw, and was kind of redundant as the square shapes of the carrier already conveyed enough positioning information to the viewer.
