Well, I decided to give both transformations, Incomplete Hitozaru (ssj4 GT) and Hitozaru (one of my ssjs) to Nemari.
There are strong motivations for her to achieve this power in the future. She's been through a lot and I think that's more than enough to explain.
Also, there is already an ssj4 (based on ssj3) in my timeline, but nothing prevents using the GT form as long as it is reworked.
