Glutania (グルタニア Gurutania), who goes by his human name Kotori Satoku (三十九 琴里 Satoku Kotori), is a 17 year old teenage Gourmand girl who have been chosen as Kamen Rider Upchuck (仮面ライダーアップチャック Kamen Raidā Appuchakku).

Kotori is the gentle and kind alien who can make some dishes for people. She is so happy.
