Cj ArtYet another study of another amazing artist, this time it is a winter war zone.
The soldier pictured here is an assistant machine gunner from the German army. There job was to, well, assist the machine gunner. They helped reload, feed the ammunition belt into the gun, carry spare rods and ammo, and prepared to take over on case the machine gunner was killed or displaced.
The soldier has two bullet holes in her helmet, hinting at the battles she has been in, and the things she has seen. Her left eye is bandaged, and her greatcoat is in shambles.
In her hands is a kar98k rifle, and a spare ammunition box. On her back is a pack, a zeltbanen shelter halve, and a gas mask canister.
