Blitzina (ブリツィナ Buritsu~ina), who goes by his human name Kuniko Mika (三五 国子 Mika Kuniko), is a 15 year old teenage Conductoid girl who have been chosen as Kamen Rider Feedback (仮面ライダーフィードバック Kamen Raidā Fīdobakku).
Kuniko is a business maniac who can save her a zillions of money. She was hungry for electricity to defeat villains. She was happy-go-lucky to save the money for herself, and the who needs.
