Well, there's one thing I've always wanted to say, as a Sega fan:
There is a singer who deserves A LOT of recognition within the Sonic The Hedgehog franchise, her name is Keiko Utoku.
She sang the opening and closing of the Japanese version of Sonic CD. However, and not just that, she was one of the FIRST people to give a vocal song to this franchise game. (Being the lyrics written by the late Casey Rankin)
I feel like she could sing again in a new Sonic The Hedgehog game, after all, she carries perhaps the best vocal theme song from the classical era before the modern era, started by the band Crush 40, began.
This fanart kind of serves as a "thank you" message to her, her voice and talent gave a powerful boost to the franchise, and stamping once and for all excellence when it comes to soundtrack within the universe of the Sonic franchise.
I hope, and I imagine a lot of people expect that too, that she can sing again in a new Sonic game or media, maybe even in the new movie of Sonic that's coming soon. She truly deserves this recognition.
As she says in the Sonic CD Ending: "Extraordinary things can happen if you believe in yourself!"
