Frieza (フリーザ Furīza), who goes by her human name Kaoruko Tsuchiya (十八夜 薫子 Tsuchiya Kaoruko), is a 18 year old teenage Necrofriggian girl from Kylmyys who have been chosen as Kamen Rider Big Chill (仮面ライダービッグチル Kamen Raidā Bigguchiru).
Kaoruko is a aloof, cold-hearted and an unfriendly student, who is considered to be an intellectual beauty that sits next to Makita in university and is also careful about how she spends her points. Like Makita, she has trouble communicating with others but unlike him she thinks friends are unnecessary. Makita is the only student in the university that she talks to and confides in him as she seems to express interest in his insightful yet mysterious personality and has her doubts about him and his mysterious past, believing that he is hiding much more than he actually lets on. She also has knowledge to become anti-heroine, as she was seen freezing Chise's hand, to stop make her annoyed and develops a fierce rivalry with Chise, despite being in rage sometime. Her attitude seemingly improves for the better as she acknowledges her own hypocrisy by admitting that she is no different than the other riders when faced with a serious down-sided problem. However, she is craving for ice creams.
