Coat of arms of Luis Lopez Cerrud, from Panama City, designed by him and me, and emblazoned by me. Blazon: Gules, a sword Argent, hilted, between two wolves Or, steep on it; a bordure Argent. This bordure corresponds to a diminished bordure called in Castilian «filiera», its width use to be 1/2 or 1/3 of the width of the bordure, which use to be 1/3 of the width of the coat of arms. In this case, the term «hilted» means «hilted Or» because the «Or» of the two wolves applies to all previous heraldic terms without tincture, in this case, only «hilted».
