Amare1993Zarey woke up in a strange place.
She was no longer underwater, but she was wearing white clothing and surrounded by ......nothing.
No other alternative. She was dead.
She saw the spirit ball once again , the ball hovered ever so still . She went up to it trying to understand what the orb was doing.
Then all of a sudden a voice appeared. it was new but at the same time she felt like she heard this noise before. Figures started to appear and it looked like her younger self playing.... with who? It was the same man from the picture Niddlewick showed her. It was her Dad.
A memory that she once forgot where the two were playing . Young Zarey looked so happy and brave and her Dad giving her the fullest of confidence. Then they called out to Zareys mother. They were staring straight at Zarey. Young Zarey started to run towards her but she noticed that the spirit ball started to move down to try and catch Zarey.
Young Zarey vanished and Zarey stared back at the ball, knowing who the orb was now. The ball transformed into a beautiful woman , she was calm, non threatening, heart warming. She was Zarey's mother: Mavis.
Mavis gave her daughter a long awaited hug. ZArey was still a bit scared and guilty not knowing who this stranger was. Her mother explained that everythings okay and she will able to remember .
Smelling her clothes, and letting her stroke her head made her think of a few things . Time passed and Zarey felt awful not remembering. Mavis wrapped her round her arms and started to sing her lullaby.
Memories were flooding back and she felt like a little baby again. She was with her mother finally.
