4年前、画集製作の際に描き下ろした作品です。私としては例外的な作品ですが、大東亜戦争集結から70年の年にシブヤン海海底1000ｍで発見された「武藏」をふと描いてみたくなり、鉛筆を執ったものです。
I drew this work four years ago when I was making my first art book. This is an exceptional work for me, but I suddenly felt the urge to draw the Musashi, which was discovered 1,000 meters below the sea floor in the Sibuyan Sea on the 70th anniversary of the end of the Greater East Asian War (the Pacific War), and picked up a pencil.
