Chapter 11 - Summary

1st Pic:

Perona arrived in school safely, but got pissed when Zoro told her that Mihawk managed to follow the bus that she had ridden awhile ago. Suddenly, Sanji (Zoro's friend) appeared and sweetly greeted her, "Good morning, Perona-chwan!" Perona remembered that Sanji is a good cook as mentioned by Zoro before. Since she plans on becoming 'independent' from now on, she quickly asked him a favor, "Can you teach me the basics of cooking this weekend?" Without hesitations, Sanji agreed, "It's my pleasure to teach you how to cook!" He even held Perona's hand, which made Zoro felt disgusted, "Pervert." He murmured.

2nd Pic:

It was Saturday. Mihawk saw Perona talking on her phone, prettily dressed as if she's leaving home. His eyebrow raised when he heard her said, "I'm on my way, Sanji." Out of curiosity, Mihawk interrupted their conversation by grabbing Perona's phone, "Who's Sanji?" He asked. Perona explained that he is Zoro's friend who'll teach her how to cook. But, Mihawk was not convinced. Thus, he talked to Sanji through phone, "This is Perona's legal guardian." Then Sanji responded politely, "Hello, Sir! Don't worry, I'm just gonna teach her the basics of cooking."

Mihawk: Are you a chef?
Sanji: Uhm, not yet. But my father (Zeff) taught me how to cook. He owns a restaurant.
Mihawk: Just to let you know, aside from having a degree in Law, I also obtained a certificate in Culinary Arts.
Sanji: Sounds great!
Mihawk: Yes, so there's no need for you to teach Perona, I'll teach her by myself.

Mihawk ended the call and told Perona, "I'll wait you in the kitchen."

3rd Pic:

Perona had no choice but to let Mihawk teach her how to cook as he doesn't trust Sanji. As Perona got frustrated on her slicing skills, Mihawk stood behind her and held both of her hands to teach her how to slice gently. That moment, he was enjoying the lovely scent of Perona's hair and finally got distracted. "Uhm, Mihawk? We're done slicing. Can I slice another tomato on my own?" Perona asked, which made Mihawk came back to his senses and quickly distanced himself from her. Afterwards, Perona managed to cook a tasty meal. Mihawk told her that she's a fast learner. Hence, she got excited on her next goal, "I think I also need to experience working on a part-time job!" But Mihawk got confused, "For what?"

Perona: So I could earn and buy things on my own without asking money from others.
Mihawk: You'll just make things hard for yourself. Anyway, Makino owns a bar. I'll ask her if she needs a crew.
Perona: Great! I really need to become independent soon. Uncle Kuma told me that college students in U.S. are already capable of living on their own.

Mihawk couldn't help but feel sad upon thinking of Perona leaving this country after graduation. In his mind, "Is there any other way to stop her?"
