missingno: it's a bug, so fits perfectly with his position of mint eye's hacker
umbreon: dark eeveelution, based on moon rabbit legend which (ray, but still saeran) references in a welcome message even
chandelure: a ghost/fire type suits unknown well, and the candle theme reminds me of his position as mint eye's core believer and his devotion to it
