Tortus (トータス Tōtasu) who is more often known by his human name, Toura Hiroji (二十二 広路 Hiroji Tora), is a 18 year old teenage Geochelone Aerio boy from Aldabra who has been chosen as Kamen Rider Terraspin (仮面ライダーテラスピン Kamen Raidā Terasupin). He becomes the second Tertiary Rider in season 6.
Toura is quite patient and kind, but can also be cunning. He was patient with the other prisoners when they kept insulting him and was able to think to trick Aggregor to save the other prisoners. He also thought how to go on a rampage to attract Rin's attention, but only damaged inanimate objects, not harming people.
