The description:
Mario & Luigi have been going through some adventures beyond their journey. So what if I were to tell you that the Bros. would meets an inspecting guest? Well, the Mario Bros. meets Inspector Gadget who's been going into detectives on his side and he brings in his niece (Penny) and intelligence dog (Brain). Gadget tells Penny and Brain that he'll be going with Mario & Luigi in the search to find out what Bowser and Dr.Claw been scheming to capture the princess or plotting to squat Mario & Luigi. Together, the trio goes into an detective assignment to do the search of Bowser and Dr Claw's plans.
Meanwhile, Penny and Brain has a secret mission by Professor E.Gadd, who's goal to keep an eye on the Mario Bros. along with Inspector Gadget. It's their duty to go on a secret mission to discover what lies behind Bowser's castle and his goals are as the duo will figure out what happens next.
This crossover idea goes to CaptainFanArt711 who wanted me to have a Mario & Luigi crossover with Inspector Gadget! This was fun to piece together sine I've known Inspector Gadget in 2012.
