Chapter 4 - Summary
1st Pic:
Perona keeps on receiving random gifts from HAWK-EYES that are often found either inside her locker or on her desk in school. She's been receiving chocolates, white roses, and letters telling her to take care and wishing her good luck in her upcoming exams. She really wants to thank him for his generosity but she has no idea who he is or where and how to reach him.
2nd Pic:
Perona's friends (Sugar and Flampe) are now aware that she's been receiving random gifts from her secret admirer. The two then asked her to do something that is NOT nice.
Flampe: I guess he's rich! Just like the sugar daddies of Shirahoshi and Cindry.
Sugar: I think so too! Go look for his true identity! If you found out that he's rich like Vander Decken and Hogback, ask for more gifts and MONEY!
Perona: But it's not nice to use people for your own benefit, right?
Sugar: That's what SUGAR DADDIES are! You just have to act cute then ask for money in return. My sister is very good in doing it. Ha ha ha!
Flampe also added that Perona can dump him anytime once she finally got all what she wanted. Yet, Perona was still not convince enough to use HAWK-EYES for her own good.
3rd Pic:
Shanks visited Mihawk in his office once again. He told him about Monet, the present girlfriend of their father (Roger). Shanks was so angry upon knowing that Monet was pregnant and was able to convince Roger to marry her soon and make their future child as one of his successors. However, Mihawk appeared to be too busy working something on his laptop and not giving his full attention to Shanks.
Shanks: I bet she's lying in order to get more money from dad that's why she made that stupid story! I need to observe her to prove that our dad is not the father of the child that she's carrying!
Mihawk: Too bad. I guess we'll be having a stepmom soon.
Shanks: That's not gonna happen! Once I collected all of the evidences before their wedding, I'm gonna sue her and you'll gonna work as my lawyer!
Mihawk wished him luck in his investigation. But he's still not paying attention. Nevertheless, Shanks kept on ranting how he hates young girls who are gold diggers. He even warned Mihawk to be careful and avoid those kind of girls. Shanks later noticed that Mihawk wasn't listening anymore so he suddenly peeked on his laptop and saw that Mihawk was busy buying some CUTE stuffs online.
Shanks: Really? You're buying such kind of stuffs?
Mihawk: N-n-no! This is for Robin, not mine.
Shanks: Seriously? Why don't you buy her some books instead? I never thought that she has a childish side.
Mihawk: Uhm.. She's childish sometimes.
Shanks did not ask him any more questions, but he started to doubt his actions. In his mind, "I think I need to observe him too."
