MrPassengerSo I had this idea for a Pokémon alternate universe that is a re-telling of Pokemon Gold & Silver but set in a world where a catastrophic event led to the creation of a totalitarian world government headed by the most powerful psychics in the world. The theme of this is Grimdark Gothic, and I imagine that it plays a lot like the original Pokémon but now Hoenn is a dystopian nightmare where a psuedo-religion based around psychic powers is enforced and finding Pokémon is a lot more difficult.
This is the kind of thing where I had an idea for this and I really liked it so I spent a ton of time just making this pitch sheet so people could see what I was visualizing in my mind. What do you think about this concept? Are you interested in a more Grimdark kind of Pokémon? What interests you about this particular concept?
