Mars has always been around on the "red" planet, but was extremely week after the planet's destruction, resulting in a low presence. Once Mars was terraformed, and the Morphic Being was worshiped by the native Euro and Cydo-Dynes, he's revived.
The God is technically a planetary Morphic Being, but is also part sapient Morphic Being, due to its original worship by the original inhabitants of Mars.
The Morphic Being Mars, is very war-like, able to manifest weapons (both natural and artificial) for fighting, and appreciates combat and blood. He was originally non-humanoid in form, but has sense gained a humanoid one, thanks to the new inhabitants of its planet.
