Metal Sonic: Gold Edition

Something of a character sheet put together for an idea I had of an upgraded Metal Sonic, called the Gold Edition.

It was originally a half-joke idea, based around the whole thing about video games getting "Gold Editions" that cost more and had more stuff added. I applied that reasoning to a better robot I guess. The idea is that this isn't a Super form though, just an upgraded form.
