Joker Lab (2018 revision)

This is a way better version of the lab then the drawing from last year or so. Now it sits on a cliff and you can see Phoenix's bar in the back this time, along with a second lab being over the hill as a nuclear plant, and Rebel's little shack by the water. So now if ya ever wonder where the Joker family lives, this would be the place.
