StarEvoletKisara is a demon girl, whose age is unknown as is Evolet. However it is known that she is a little older than Evolet.
Kisara appears in moments where people torture each other with tickling or other things like masochism. She gets into their minds and controls them... Kisara is not so bad actually, she sometimes has mercy on people. There have even been times when Kisara appears physically in front of an ordinary human, that is a very rare gesture from her, but very few are that lucky.
Kisara lives in the depths of the earth, in a large mansion, with dangerous and terrifying creatures. In that place she usually watches over the humans and then has some fun with them.
She also appeared in the comic book "Attack on Tickle" you can find her on the first page haha she is very well hidden controlling the girls mind.
