ravenf6Around this time of year, I try to make a work based on the gag surrounding boxing day. It has nothing to do with the sport itself, but that hasn't stopped folks from making works to the effect. I usually try to get one in, if I am able to. WHich is fortuanate since I hammered this out in just over a day.
For this one, I decided the idea would be Axl from the Mega Man X games giving the challenger from Super Punch-Out!! (A.K.A. 'Birdy' Mac in certain circles) the knockout punch. Once the image came to mind, I got to work, but progress was on-and-off, but I did get it done in time. Bit of a quick work compared to my more recent works, but it was fun doing this one. :) Hope you enjoy this one as much.
