GalahadThe developed for the Armalite AR9 semi automatic shotgun began in late 1955 by the Armalite firearms company but it was never finished, supposedly only few prototypes of the shotgun had existed but were lost. To day only a drawing and some suspicious info exists of it like the claim that it was chambered in 12 gauge, this was most likely false as when I made the model 12gauge shot shells in mind the gun was way too big for a shotgun so I concluded that it was most likely for the smaller 20 gauge shot shells. Similarly to other early Armalite designs the AR9 would have had an aluminium receiver and some sort of an early polymer furniture.
