HypnolordXA request from Unikitty-Loves-Mint who wanted to see a pic of her OC/Persona, Noelia, hypnotized by a swinging pocket watch while cosplaying as Retsuko from "Aggrestsuko". Considering the element of cosplay here, I figured it would make sense to bring back "Hypno Con" from "Cosplaying With Cat Nap" as the scene that this pic would take place in.
