SketchSukeBeen redrawing my old Cave Story OCs from years ago recently.
First one is Dean Argo. Dean is an Android mimiga created during the robot wars to infiltrate mimiga villages and take them down from the inside along with other units similar to him. He reactivates a few months after the events of the games with no memory and stumbles his way into Mimiga town. He's taken in by Sandaime and works on his farm for a while before his adventure starts.
Next is Sandra. Just like Dean Sandra is another Android Mimiga built to infiltrate Mimiga villages and take them down from the inside with other similar units during the robot wars. She wakes up a month before Dean in Sand Zone, just like Dean she also has no memory but soon remembers what her old programming was but no longer acts under it. She meets and befriends Jenka takes up residence in Curly's old home since no one is living there anymore. When she first meets Dean she's hostile and attacks him thinking he's still following their old programming, but after she loses she relives he's not an enemy and helps show him where Jenka is.
Last is Aster who got the biggest redesign. Aster was the third prototype robot of Quote and Curly, after they were completed from data based on him and and the other 3 prototypes Aster and the rest of the prototypes were assigned to the general rank and file for the rest of the robot wars. Aster reactivates a little bit before Dean does in Bushland with no memory as well. He makes his home in the old shelter and becomes buddies with the robots in the power supply room along Santa and Chako. Aster first meets Dean and Sandra after they took down a robot in the supply room that was malfunctioning, thinking they were there to his his friends he attacks them but is beaten. Apologizes for the misunderstanding and agrees to help them out.
