"Surrender now, hero!" Scarlet Fang announced with a wicked grin on her face. "As much as I admire your determination, you have no chance to defeat me, the Scarlet Fang! The crimson-eyed lady, mistress of the starless night! Not even Skye Baroness could hope to best me! What chance do you have?"
Nat Pine stared the villainous vampire in the eyes, her silver hair reflecting the light of the moon. "Let's find out, Scarlet," she challenged with a determined smirk.
In one impossibly fast motion, Scarlet Fang closed the distance, her red eyes glowing brightly as she brought one hand onto the hero's shoulder. "Stare deep now. Fall into my gaze and under my command. My eyes drain your mind of free will, consuming your trivial thoughts. You are in my power, dear thrall."
"Oh..." Nat was caught off guard by the sudden induction, her mouth agape in shock as she let the glow sap her head of rationality. Perhaps she should submit to this powerful mistress... no. She had to resist this.
"Well, that's pretty convincing..." Mirror Girl admitted as she activated her power. Her hair and eyes began to turn rose red, very similar to the vampire's gaze. "My turn."
Scarlet Fang gasped in surprise, not once expecting her own hypnotic talents to be used against her. Still, it took only a few seconds to forget why she was so shocked. After all, the glow was wonderful to behold, and she felt nice, sleepy, and empty-headed the more she stared. Her face blushed gently as the hero slowly stole away her thoughts.
"Just relax, madame," Nat gently commanded as the hand slipped from her shoulder. "Everything will be alright..."
