So for those of you who don't know, I've been doing since late august some daily sketches in preparation for Drawtober. Been a bit on the fence about uploading them here 'cause it's a bit of a PITA since I have to manually resize them all, but I have been uploading them daily to my twitter account.
Anyways, I legit believe the practice is working great and decided to try it out on a more full pic, with the result being this. The character took me 3 hours only and the background was another 2 hours (which is damn fast for me. It's not a complicated piece, but it isn't meant to be. Also (and thanks to the daily drawings) I found out that street wear comes more naturally to me than formal wear.
That said I'm in a bit of burn out ATM. This is because I don't like how my BGs have been ending up (and I feel it in my bones there's a better way to go about this), but mostly because this is the time of the year I'm the most tired and stressed at due to my vacations coming up. I feel like taking some R&R and play Hades (tho not from the daily sketches.)
Anyways, that's what's up on the House of Pug.
