Come on ~ she knows very well what you're staring at... Hey! Eyes off her feet!
After a long Friday at work, you finally come home to see your Valentine's day plans through:
'Ahh... this is going to be perfect!' you whisper as you open the door to your apartment - a box of Belgian chocolates in-hand. "Veronica, I'm home!", you exclaim, but to no response. No sound of the pitter-patter of her paws racing to meet you. Simply silence.
"Veronica?" you call once more. After slipping off your shoes, you wander through the flat corridor, only to find the distant bathroom door ajar - a faint pink glow emanating from inside. As you open the door, a light, woven basket falls swiftly from the door, casting its red rose-petals across the room... She's beaten you to it.
Lying in the tub, awaiting your return is Veronica, her tail gently swishing from side to side, her paws suspended in the air - her little toes curling slightly as she nods her head towards you to make eye contact. "Happy Valentines Day!!" she cheers as she tilts her head to the side. "Won't you join me?"
