Merak is an original character created specifically for Kagihime Monogatari Eikyuu Alice Musou as DLC concept. He's one of the demonic heroes in ravaged world and he's responsible for Simian Flu Pandemic archive, then he let the humans to die by flu and wiped out the entire earth's population.
