Panic Attack

This is a visual interpretation of my first panic attack.
I felt that my limbs were going to fall off, my head chained to the ground, screaming louder than a rock concert speaker, kidneys spinning and my feet disconnected from my ankles.
It's something that I don't want others to go through, ever.
