MilkyNyaI wanted to try the draw this again challenge, it was pretty interesting and I learned some!
So, I am way way quicker. The old piece back in 2016 took me about half a week with two hours a day maybe? This 2020 version took me barely one hour!
And, yes, I now like to draw fewer details. That's partly why I am quicker. And I am very glad how my style turns out with years, I am curious to see it evolve in the future.
I understand that for, I think, most artists, speed isn't to considerate, like only the final results count. I'll explain why for me speeds is very important. My goal is not to do impressive artworks in technique or do paintings masterpieces. I'd appreciate sure if my skills grow. But, I am willing to draw stories, webcomics, comics. That's what I do, my skills and painting style are build for it.
I want to share emotions and depict incredibly stories!
I am willing to do more of this challenge soon! That's a good experience and there is some older works who deserve a new paint.
