Can charge energy by touching anything electronic to use lightning (when drained she’ll be defenseless until recharge) she will be blind temperately if charge to much, continue charging will result in lost of hearing and a chance of passing out
Costume: wears equipment that uses her lightning charge quirk as batteries. Her boots can thrust jump while her gauntlets can charge up to perform a lightning punch
(She can even charge it more to make her punch stronger, but will drain lots of her energy)
