Dark Queen's Appeal

Yet another illustration from the group fic I worked on: Miette's get-up for the Appeals round of the Pokemon Contest in Kanto that she ended up winning, with a routine using her Misdreavus and Will-O-Wisp.

(The title comes from Tumblr user purimpopoie; they threw out that nickname for Miette, and I liked it.)
