The Strong Arm Of The Law

I recently realized that for a character who's default occupation is supposed to be a police officer, I've never actually drawn Herb as a police officer, and I recently decided to fix that! Here he is, probably trying to intimidate some information out of a known con artist or something, or maybe that guy stole a doughnut from him, who knows!
