I also wanted to draw Latias and Latios. They are one of my favorite legendary pokemon. Mostly because of the movie. So I always wanted to draw them and this seems like a good way to do it. Plus good practice because Latias and Latios are kinda weird looking dragons.
These characters are from Storylover Vodhr’s fanfiction Dragonfall. It’s a fanfiction that is about Ash turning into a Latios overnight and trying to adapt to Lati’s society because his friends thought he was dead and that a Latios killed him.
