From USSR with love and this car is come from Pripyat before Chenobyl disaster is exist in 1986. Why not Zaporozhets car? I dunno maybe owner in Pripyat like this car rather than Zaporozhets.

This car not contain radioactive from Chernobyl and not using in the Zone.
