karaNovember 2018: For the upcoming release of a new french DVD from the famous animated TV series, here is the opportunity to come out of my never published archives, these sets that I had created to decorate the covers of VHS and DVD tapes ... in November 2000!
Figures was draw by the illustrator Tomkat, and it was an incredibly stimulating experience! I had to resume, but also create sets directly modeled, or "inspired" from the universe of the series!
I had just had my first PC and lacking experience for digital painting, I got hooked with acrylic paint (Flash).
Despite the 18 years that separate us, I admit that certain sets still hold the road. There is a texture, a patina still inimitable in digital (about me), a certain "touching" roughness in the details that still delight me today ...
